Stakeholder meetings

Three stakeholder meetings are expected to be held during the course of the study.

• 1st online stakeholder meeting was held on 12 February 2024 at 10:00-12:30 CET. The aim of the meeting was to inform about the study and to request data input and comments from the stakeholders. Written comments and inputs can be provided and sent to info@pv-recyclability-index.eu. Download the commenting form here. Deadline for comments: 15 March 2024.
   
• 2nd stakeholder meeting will be held on 09 October 2024 at the Consejo Superior De Investigaciones Cientificas (CSIC), Rue du Trône 62, 1050, Brussels.
  
  The meeting will take place in two separated sessions: a morning session from 10:30 to 12:30 and afternoon session from 14:00 to 16:00. Due to logistic reasons neither coffee nor lunch will be provided.
  
  For those unable to attend in person, on-line participation will also be available (a link will be provided closer to the date). The meeting will focus on discussing the interim report prepared by the study team and outlining the next steps of the study. The report will be published on our project website three weeks before the meeting, and we will notify you via email when it is available. A detailed agenda of the meeting will be circulated closer to the meeting date.
  
  The aim of the meeting will be to inform about the progress of the study and to request data input and comments from the stakeholders. The meeting will focus on discussing the scoring methodology prepared by the study team and outlining the next steps of the study.
  
  

  Please register for the meeting, whether attending in person or online, using the form found below. Please note that in-person attendance is limited, so early registration is recommended. For online participants, the meeting link will be shared one week prior to the event.

• 3rd online stakeholder meeting will be tentatively held in March 2025. Final proposal for recyclability index for PV modules and inverters will be presented.
